In the leaked audio, Alhaji Bala was heard given a warning to Zamfara PDP Chieftains in Zamfara on how to win the yet to be announce inconclusive elections in Maradun, Bukkuyum, and Birn Magaji local governments which the appeal court ordered the INEC to conduct a fresh election to accetain the winner between governor Dauda Lawal Dare, and the Honourable Minister of state for defence Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle.
