Report reaching Sahel medium from Sabon Birni local government area of Sokoto State has it that one Abdulmuminu Moussa a National of Chad republic has been intercepted by the Nigerian security personnel's trying to flee Nigeria.
This operation was as the result of Nigerian Security onslaught against the dreaded bandits who have been terrorising Zamfara and Katsina State for so long.
It was also gathered that Moussa has confessed to knowing Sen. Marafa for Seven years and has been penetrating the Nigerian border on the order of the former senator to create mayhem to sweeten his political ambition.
An army Major who declined his nca!ame to be mentioned due to the sensitivity of this operation said," though our cardinal responsibility is to protect and defend the territorial integrity of Nigeria today as you can witnessed, we received a distress call which indicates some bandits are on disarray and thank God my men did not waste any further time on reaching the target routes however, as luck would have it we arrested one Moussa a National of Chad Republic who confessed to have been working for the political interest of Senator Kabiru Marafa from Zamfara State, " the army Major narrated.
Among the exhibits recovered from the suspect include, 50 kg of drugs suspected to be Marijuana, 30 pears of senator kabiru Marafa campaign T - Shirts $ 16,000 and an identity card issued to Mr Moossa for easy access by the former Senator.
